About occasional registration of temporary worker adoption candidate

In Kitami-shi, we accept registration of temporary worker (the temporary appointment staff) adoption candidate at any time.

Please apply for one in hope of registration by the following method. 


Procedure until temporary worker adoption

"......adoption offer department selection (interview) → 6 paper screening → 5 offer occurrence → 4 adoption ballot registration → 3 resume presentation → 2 1"


We register one that had you submit resume with adoption ballot.

When recruitment of temporary workers occurs, I will inform person who fitted conditions of employment from list registrant toward the registrant after paper screening. We have an interview in offer department and become adoption by interview result afterwards.  

Registration method

You fill out temporary worker resume of Kitami-shi designation, and please apply to presentation that accepted type of job division of list shown below. We can download than the following, and style prepares paper for Personnel Section.

As we perform simple interview in reception desk, the person, please bring.

Resume is registered after the presentation for one year.

We accept registration about person having obstacle to body.

・Full-time duty is working hours of seven hours 45 minutes.

・Duties of "general office work assistance" become duties that seal filling work for office work using PC and various official document shipment is important.


Other duty conditions

Commutation allowance When the shortest course distance of home and the workplace is more than 2 kilos, we pay commutation allowance depending on commuting method. (in the case of commuting, it is necessary to secure parking lot by each person in the workplace without parking lot by privately-owned car.)
Holiday, vacation On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, closed days of city hall including the year-end and New Year holidays are holiday, but may vary according to the types of job. During period of adoption, paid vacation is given depending on condition.
Others By working hours and adoption period, social insurance and unemployment insurance may be applied.



・Registration of resume was just registration and did not promise adoption. Even one where time when offer does not occur and good balance, paper screening with the registration number of people were registered with list due to performing may not be adopted by temporary worker. We cannot promise beforehand about adoption time either.

・List registration order becomes registration once in the tail of the point in time when adopted one is registered again.

・This adoption ballot (occasional registration system) is decision outside the standard of and, depending on the type of job of temporary worker to recruit, may perform general offer widely. In that case, we will tell on Kitami-shi homepages.

・Resume which I took keeps for one year and cancels in city when there is not adoption.

・When employment was decided in others, and adoption to temporary worker is not hoped for, I would like notification by all means to resume presentation.
